Today, another quick pre-lunchtime walk, this time to our medical centre in town, to get one of my regular blood tests. 20 minutes only, but Runkeeper tells me that with these short walks I’m getting consistently faster. My newest walks are consistently in the top 10 of all short distances walk, since starting to use Runkeeper ca 5 years ago! So, Yey!!!
And whilst waiting in the medical centre waiting room, I sorted my first homescreen on my iPhone, this time to include the little Active10 widget. I also sought put an interval widget for my STEFFING (using my standing desk), as well as some global clocks for work, and a battery section that is so useful when going out with Bluetooth headphones, as it displays its battery status.
So Yey!!! Success in all sorts of ways!
