By chance I fell upon the Diabetes 1,000,000 step challenge whilst searching out dietary information / recipes on their website. So I rang them up and found that that was the middle challenge of three and to me it felt like something I might do. That was 5/6 weeks ago and I now have managed 36 consecutive days of hitting the 10K hinted at being a reasonable target.
So the real Diabetes Challenge is from 1st July to 30th September. I've been saying 3 weeks of hitting my target is not the same as 3 months of hitting it. I check each day the number of brisk minutes I walk as well as the number of steps.
I wondered if anyone else is doing the same challenge here?
I feel better in myself overall so far. So I will continue and maybe I will lose weight, inches on the waste and sleep even better than I do. Where it will end I do not know but it's journey I'm willing to take.
