25???? That’s amazing, Ian! I though I was getting fit and Garmin gives me a fitness age of 47 🤣

You’ve done so well to achieve this after your HA and I know you’re working hard with nutrition, too. 👏👏👏👍

thanks Julia,

, I feel so different so much fitter than when I started running and of course I’m 20 kg lighter also which no doubt helps.

But yes, been a complete lifestyle change and it’s absolutely working. There will be no going back. My nutrition plays a very important part of my progress now and has become the way of life. 😁

That’s a huge amount of weight to lose. I think I eat reasonably well and seem to be keeping fairly trim (must be the long runs!) but I’m nowhere near as fit as you are. I don’t go to the gym but have started weight training 2/3 times a week.

LOL 🤣 Benjamin Button, indeed! Awesome!

(I’m somehow glad my gadgets and apps don’t do the age thing, as I might be found wanting in the Benjamin Button department! 🤣🤣)

It’s taken a lot of work , stubbornness and determination … but everything is good and stable now and I have never felt better
