Quick Morning Walk

Nothing special, just a quick 30min walk up the hill and down again. Sky was awesome. Nature is everywhere!

I did do two of the warmup moves:

1) leg swings

2) high knees

And added a different one as my third and last ones:

3) ankle/foot pedals
