I'm seeing the Long Covid team on the 18th and hoping that they might be able to give me some pointers to chivvy me up a bit 🤞I know all too well that chronic fatigue is what it is, but anything that might alleviate it would be helpful. Still, compared to some others, I am positively nimble - a lass I know who is only in her early 30s has to be carried up to bed by her husband on a bad day and I've never been that bad 😧

Rather than yet another "I've got a postcard" post which, frankly, I'm getting a little tired of now and Active 10 probably is too, I though I'd just add it on here.

It arrived this morning. These are beginning to feel like buses now - none then two come together! - and has cheered me on a bit. I think I can just see that volcano on the far horizon 👀🌋👀
