Today had been a fairly busy one with several trips to the recycling centre this morning, (I'm clearing my garage out)Then call at the shop on the way back for a small bag of compost.
Pot on 4 Chilli plants that a friend gave me a week ago that she had grown from seed .
After a light lunch decided to go for my walk .
My back has been feeling ok so went out to ideally get back to 40 minutes walk with the option to cut shorter if wanted or needed .
But it was fine , and managed a reasonable intensity.
still a bit of a grumble from my right foot but manageable.
Back home and loaded the car up for another trip to the recycling centre tomorrow.
Relaxing now with a big mug of tea ๐

I love a trip to the recycling centre-itโs so satisfying getting rid of stuff! Glad the grumbles are staying at the manageable grumble level rather than anything worse. Such a. Lovely day to be out for a walk โค๏ธ
yeah, Iโm hit and miss but this year giving it a good go, again! Iโve been neglecting gardening ever since starting to run, and it shows! So Iโm taming back the jungle again! ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Glad you are improving! When I started moving more following my accident the 1st thing I noticed was the pain in my lower back which came on within minutes of walking any distance! That was the point I realised how important being mobile was to my overall health! Hopefully things will keep continue improving for you!
Nice! After our house move last month I hope I won't need to visit another recycling centre or charity shop for a while. I cannot believe how much stuff we'd accumulated over the years! ๐ฑI'm hoping to get a few veg to grow in pots this year. It's been a while since I've grown any veg but I used to really enjoy it๐ ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ซ๐ฑ
