#Photowalk April/May - April is Yellow

On your next walks, take a picture of something yellow.

Hope everyone had a fabulous Easter break, with lots of walking in the refreshing spring sunshine!

We have had also quite a bit of rain, blustery winds and also hail! April certainly does what it will!

For our April/May photo challenge I thought we’d do the typical colour of the season: YELLOW

I’ve been out and about and seen some fabulous yellow colours! So catch those daffodils on your garden walks, or yellow murals on urban ambles, or those glimpses of yellow in birds, butterflies and various flowers.

My own collage in the picture includes daffodils 🌼 and tulips found in my and other gardens we visited, 2 public art installations encountered on a city walk, trees budding on my running route, and a recent wreath laid at my fathers new grave 😢. And of course there is a bit of yellow Easter decoration 🐣🌼🍯🏵️🎗️💐

I like this idea! Yesterday’s walk had a sunset with beautiful yellow tones in the sky. I’ll be looking for yellow on my next walk tomorrow!

This ‘yellow’ picture was taken of an Easter display in the formal gardens in our local park in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire.
