Well thanks to the #12MinuteChallenge, I’ve been walking every day this past week!
They’ve ranged from “omg, I must get out and go around the block for 12 minutes” to a full on ‘proper’ 2 mile walk 😄
They were all tracked on Strava for accountability, but some were very similar…so I’ve grouped them together in themes/places…
The first are my around the block type walks…either literally up through the woods, then back around the houses, or up and down the main road…and once to the local chemist for a prescription. That was very good, as I would have probably just jumped in the car 🚙
I’m very lucky to have lots of green spaces and paths on my estate 😊🌳
