I have been out walking everyday so far, trying to do 5 km whether it is one day run/ walk or just walk which is most of the time.
I was up at 6.15 but looked out window and was chucking down with rain, so back to bed for an hour . Got up showered had brekkie , did washing and chores, and Mr D setting traps in attic to catch mice and take away in car and set free miles away just incase came back , so he says. 🤣. Went my walk , but kept to roads as a lot of rain , met mostly people taking dogs, and got my Saturday paper .My walk just over 5 km.
Here is photo of trainers I wore today Brooks ghost 14 and you can just see sweaty Betty leggings, really comfortable.

Nice photo of your trainers Doris8 and well done on that walk in the rain ☔, I also have a pair of Brooks ghost running shoes, not sure if they are No. 14 or 15, they are excellent shoes, this morning I wore them on a rerun of run 3 of week 6 of C25K, enjoy your walk tomorrow, I'll be going another 12K Sunday morning walk but wearing my walking boots.
they are good. Plenty of room . I buy the wide fitting in brooks . I had a 5 in older brooks but my second toe next to big toe is longer so went up half a size to accommodate it. No pinching and accommodate my bunions .
