Hi cool morning today. Did a 8.75 km walk in 1hour27 . Mostly on road/pavements today and went along the river where got the insect bite, none today, not walked as far as foot slipped on wet grass Thursday and leg/top of hip a bit dodgy not sore so kept walk shorter. Doing Garmin and Strava challenges . Thought I would loose weight (tummy ) on walking but can’t see any difference maybe toned more but not on tummy.getting the miles in. Have a good weekend 😊

Done the 100000 steps challenge. .4 km short of 48.3 challenge walking . Half way through the 3000000 challenge steps all Garmin. On Strava so have 3 km to get on 50 km walking and done a couple of others.
