Since a recent update, or changing my phone, the app no longer counts my steps and I get the above error message. Any ideas?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app again?

The reinstall didn't work? I'm afraid the best you can do is contact One You then 😟

This has also happened to me when I changed my phone. It just won't stay at all.
