A favourite walk of mine, a pond in the forest.

Good morning everyone,

This is my first post on here so I thought it appropriate to post a favourite short 10 minute walk of mine . I think that the countryside is amazing regardless off the weather whereas cities are dull and drab and we complain about the rain but the rain is what keeps our country green and glorious. And I love walking regardless of the weather.

I live on the edge of town in a forest and I love it regardless of the weather, the secret is to wear clothes that keep us dry and comfortable.

I am a foodie so eat very healthily and know the benefits of a healthy balanced diet combined with exercise and I am recovering from a groin injury so am taking shorter walks so here's a photo of one of my favourite walks which is literally a 5 minute walk from my home, so a 10 minute walk if I don't stop to feed the ducks.

Jerry. 😊

That looks like a lovely place for a walk. Being outdoors brings so many benefits into our lives, thank you for sharing and happy walking. Rfc x
