Day One

I dragged myself off the couch this morning and walked 4.5 km earlier today - it was breezy when I set off but I wrapped up and was surprised how exhilarating it actually was walking until the heavens opened up and I got soaked - although the rain did improve my pace back to the car park! 😂

Well done, I guess the trick is getting off the couch to start with.

Well done Dlittle! It really is amazing how getting outside can lift your mood - even in the rain!

Congratulations on day one! Off to a great start. Shame about the rain, but you're definitely right that it'll add a bit of huddle.

Well done - it's difficult getting out when the weather's bad, but I know I always feel better for a walk outside.
