Morning all! I haven't posted lately - I've just got over a horrible cold, which lasted for three and a half weeks!!! I kid you not. Left my house for the first time in a month at the weekend and managed 1800 steps! I'm thrilled, as I expected to be back down at 500 again. I'm aiming for walking 3 times a week in winter cos I know every day isn't feasible for me when the weather's bad. I'm leaving shortly for today's effort - hopefully I'll manage 1800 again!
