Have managed my 10k steps yesterday and today and am now going to look for some healthy breakfast ideas that don't include toast or cereal. Anyone got any good ideas as I'm trying to cut down on bread and toast and I don't like porridge at all. I can manage cereals but not a big fan so wouldn't want them more than a couple of times a week. This week I've been having bacon in the microwave with a poached egg and cherry tomatoes but don't think I face that 3 or 4 days on the trot, so any suggestions would be great!
I have eggs, mushrooms , cottage cheese, tuna, guacamole, ryvita dark rye, bananas and multi-seed flatbreads in the fridge and store cupboards, so open to suggestions!
