Its been a while since I've posted. I have been feeling loads better and am now going back to work tomorrow. I feel sick at the thought of it. I keep worrying about what to say to people and how I will cope with being there. I am going back only a couple of days a week and leaving the company for good in 2 weeks. I keep telling myself you will only be there for a couple of days and the anxiety is making my heart race even typing this. does anyone have any advice?
