I had a craniotomy suboccipital surgery performed on June 12th to remove an acoustic neuroma. When I got out of surgery, which lasted 10 hours I felt great.
I was a little unsteady on my feet and of course, my head was sore and I had pains on the side of the neuroma. I was released from the hospital 3 days later, but after being home for a while I started to get very dizzy again and the dizziness continues to be quite bad. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same dizziness. I also went through about three days of really bad headaches which seemed to originate in my neck on the side of the tumor.
Before the surgery I was dizzy, and balance was off but nowhere near as much as I am now.
Thank you for any help.
