Your advice is belittling and of absolutely no help or us to most probably nearly all, if not all of the 91% who repeatedly try but family and friends don't want to hear! So maybe you can include other advice about what we can do when your simplistic condescending advice repeatedly fails for those who have tried repeatedly even without your advice that we should try. How many years are we supposed to keep on trying do you suppose hey Above and Beyond?
