hi I experience these feelings a lot.i feel like taking my dog and disappearing off into the night.leaving my troubled life behind and starting again.but the thing is the family I would leave behind are more important than my selfishness.i would never know if my kids were ok or my family as a whole.things like that would worry me more than what I'm worrying about just now.hope your ok.
