Hi am new here I have bipolar I feel so lonely an low I have no one to talk to my family don't understand an can't deal with me or my moods have no friends I feel like am on my own in this big dark world

Hi petal23. Friends can be really difficult to make and keep when you have mental health issues. I have found dogs to be easier friends than humans. Do you have any animals?
