Hi iv separated from my marriage and it also made me depressed I went to the doctors and put me on medication and it does help at the moment you will have bad days and good days you will find a way forward but it is like a greaving time there is no answers but don't beat yourself up over it talk to people and cry as much as you like One day will come when you're get out of the dark tunnel Just look after you
