I can't sleep again. I can't stop crying. My heart is going so fast and I am dreading having to get up tomorrow morning. I wish I could sleep but I feel so awful
Has anybody got any tips on how to calm down enough to sleep?

Hi Zoe,
number of things i tried are solfeggio frequencies. 936hz for pineal gland is the one to help or you could try 528Hz. don't listen to one after the other, listen to one and the other the next day. There is a bit of science behind this in that every object down to our living cells have a natural vibration or frequency. when you vibrate something at their natural frequency it excites it or better term is resonates.
other thing you could try are natural remedies like drops of lavender oil on your pillow before sleeping. its said to help you sleep. another remedy is taking drops of lemon juice with warm water and drink it before going to bed.
Keeping these up on a regular basis will help you slowly nod off. Other things that could affect your sleeping are repeatedly thinking or worrying about things that you know are not going to change by thinking or worrying about them. practice to slowly stop worrying and slowly you will feel relaxed and able to sleep
hi
I have a terrible time sleeping sometimes.
so I have set myself up a routine for my sleeping time.
Half an hour before I go to sleep I switch off all IT - so no telly, no computer, no phone.
Do not allow phone/tv/etc in the bedroom - it is for sleeping not anything else
Make the room nice - if you like clean sheets then make sure that you have them, try using lavender oil - that helps to relax.
only have dim lighting in the room - it helps to relax you
have a nice warm bath or shower
then I sit in the bedroom (does not have to be on the floor) I just close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing. breath in for a count of 4, hold for 2, breath out for a count of 4. if you mind just starts to wander just let it. but then bring it back to concentrating on your breathing.
when you feel relaxed enough slip into bed and relax allow yourself to drift off
if you can't then don't stay there squirming - get up and make a warm milk. sometimes if I feel agitated I might use my cross-trainer to burn off that adrenaline. If it's really late I might do some stretching to relax those tense muscles. then when I feel ready I try again - starting the routine from the top again. It's a way of saying to my body okay time to sleep now.
When I feel very agitated I try to really concentrate on my breathing and then I start at my feet and try to work my way up my whole body relaxing every muscle as I go. stretching helps a lot.
try not to drink any caffeine after 3pm - it will help
camomile tea helps me too
sorry I have not done this in a very coherent way but I hope it helps
cheers
