ectopic heartbeats

Have been diagnosed with ectopic heartbeats and was given betablockers which made them significantly worse. Stopped taking the tablets but now want to find a way forward so that I can start to feel better. Anyone else had anything similar?

Beta blockers made me seriously unwell. See if you can relate the ectopic times to exposure to chemicals, perfume, diesel, mould, particular foods. If you can rule those out then look at stress. Sometimes you have to be your own detective, medics generally have a one size fits all approach. I went on to develop a left bundle branch block after many ectopic incidences.
