Hello everyone. I have decided to come off the pill but I'm unsure how to calculate when my first period will be. Do I count my cycle length from the day I stop taking the pill or the first day of my withdrawal bleed? I know it is unlikely to be exact as it takes the body a while to get back into a normal cycle. Thank you for any advice
