USG Findings-

Comments:-

1) Left pelvic kidney

2) Left ovarian simple cyst.

Details

Right Kidney- Normal in size-93 mm, shape and position with well-defined cortices, medullae & sinuses. The cortical thickness & echogenicity is normal. No calculus or pelvi calyceal system dilatation is seen.

Uterus- is normal in size (L-69 mm, A-P diameter-35 mm). Anteverted in position.

Uterine cavity is empty.

Endometrium thickness-7.9 mm

Myometrium is homogeneous in echo texture
