Abnormal bleeding

I’ve been having abnormal bleeding for about two years now and severe pain I had the implant fitted last November that was supposed to help but I basically bleed most of the month and have about 5 days no bleeding I’ve had a hysteograph and ultrasound nothing reall except a dark spot on my cervix and and sometimes about follicles. I’m really in pain I don’t know what else to do . Can anyone advise me if they have experienced similar

I would go back to your GP and explain your symptoms and push for further investigation. I had the implant and didn’t get in with it and found the progesterone only pill better. There are many reasons for you to bleed irregularly and it’s a process of going for scans and tests to figure out the cause.
