I’ve had this problem happen before but didn’t think anything of it.

About 5 years ago I went on holiday with my parents and I was due to finish my period on the day we went however i kept spotting for like 4 days or possibly more, I was sexually active at the time and did take a test which came back negative.

I’ve not been sexually active in recent years and went on holiday recently, I finished my period a couple of days before but during my holiday I started spotting for 4 days again.

I have also notice I have a large hard skin in the pubic area that isn’t a hair follicle because I’ve started to shave down there in the past few years.

I had a smear test last year and that came back normal

The skin problem could be something as simple as an ingrowing hair, even if you can’t detect it..but for peace of mind make an appointment with your GP. You could discuss your period too.

Spotting is really common and normally a hormone imbalance. Don’t panic! Recommend you just make a normal appt with a nurse or doctor - can be easily fixed x
