Hemorrhagic ovarian cysts?

Anyone out there have experience with hemorrhagic ovarian cysts on both ovaries at the same time? I had an ultrasound last week (routine screening due to family history of ovarian cancer). And the doctor noted a cyst on each ovary. I’m going back in 6 weeks to be sure they resolve. I have been having some aches on one side of my low back. Unsure if it’s related.

Thanks!

Yes they're very painful and cause back ache. They can grow surprisingly big. My neighbour had to have hers surgically removed. I changed my HRT to a lower dose and they disappeared. Good luck!
