I’m on my third monthly Decapeptyl injection. The first month was carnage. Since then, the bleeding has stopped for about a week after each jab only to resume at the start of week 2. My gyno wants me to stay on the medication until my natural menopause kicks in. She told me my body needed time to adjust and that the bleeding would gradually diminish each month but I’m not at all convinced. I have a fibroid and I hope to avoid surgery of any kind.

Thank you. Yes, there have been loads of discussions. Sadly, I haven’t been able to find an answer to my question, but at least I know now that others have experienced bleeding while on this medication.😞
