I’ve been having on and off pelvic pain for around 2.5 years, I’ve been to multiple doctors (including some gynae’s) and everything comes back normal. The pain itself can be a dull ache to a cramping sensation. It has no correlation to my period cycle and the pain comes in random waves.
I don’t ever recall getting the pelvic pains before I got the implant, could this be the cause? Have anyone else had this issue?

🤔 It is possible that the pain is caused by Nexplanon, it’s listed in the side effects. Assuming you’ve already notified Doctors, and they see no cause for concern, or offered an alternative contraception, the decision is yours whether to take pain relief, or simply change contraception.
Call your doctor at once if you have: warmth, redness, swelling, or oozing where the implant was inserted; severe pain or cramping in your pelvic area (may be only on one side);1 Oct 2018
