Get all your vitamins & minerals tested. Could be a deficiency like iron, potassium or magnesium. And if your at the lower level of normal it can bother you. Ask to see your results! Or my next thought would be nerve damage of some sort but I'm not a nurse or doc..you need tests.
Sounds like you may need magnesium and vitamin D. That helped me. My vit d level was low and magnesium helps my muscles relax all over my body.
