🤔 My problems are poor balance, and stiffness, due to an ongoing condition, but unrelated to your own back problem. The best thing I can do to help myself is to keep as active as possible, but I’m hampered in this respect by Vestibular issues.. I also sit far too much, but it’s difficult not to when symptoms are then easier to deal with. I need to use a walking stick outdoors for safety’s sake, is it possible for you to start off using the same until you feel stronger walking.. And it may have a knock-on effect with your asthma, you might not feel under as much stress 🤔
