Hi!

So I found out I am pregnant! but, we don't know 100% how many weeks. I had a BHCG blood test.

1st Test result was done on Thursday. Results came in at 379 level.

Then 48 hours as the test is done

2nd Test 48 hrs later has shown a 175% increase and levels are 1100.

they expected to see a 60% to 80% increase from the 1st test to 48hrs later 2nd Test. I have been told I however have had a 175% increase!

Does anyone have any insight to what a HCG of 1100 is roughly in weeks? and also what such a high sudden increase could mean?

There are lots of charts and info online but why can't they tell you the dates by ultrasound ? I've never had a blood tests to confirm or date pregnancy.
