Personally I find fasting is never the way to go. Your body goes into shock and will eventually start holding on to the food you do put in. I recommend using ‘my fitness pal’ keeping track of your calories, set goals, change bad snacks to something light or fat free etc and regular exercise. There is never a quick fix for losing weight and it is horrible forcing yourself to do it, it’s tough but the end results will be better and you may not even feel like you’re doing a mass diet, it’ll become normal :) hope this helps a little bit!
