Hi, my name is Kelly and so glad I’ve found this app, I started the menopause when I was 37, I’m 40 this year and the hot flushes are worse than ever.

I’m on HRT and pesseries but the flushes get so severe I’m sick.

I’ve spoken to my gp and all I’m advised is to speak to my gynaecologist at my next appointment which isn’t until November, I’ve osteoporosis too which was made more aggressive with the menopause.

I’m hoping there may be some advice I can get to help me through how severe the flushes are.
