Hi, not sure if anybody can help with this but here goes. I’d like to know whether anyone who has stopped taking HRT felt nauseous in the days after stopping. I took my last patch a week ago cold turkey and now feel sick particularly in the mornings. Thanks

it is probably hormones...low progesterone low estrogen....i have just decided i want to stop bhrt too....estrogen causes too many risk ....and i have been on them several years but i am trying to decide whether to take something like macafem or to continue progesterone a while and just gradually slow down or go cold turkey

Thanks for reply. I definitely wouldn’t go cold turkey. If I could do it again I’d gradually come off. Still feeling nauseous although not so bad and that’s 4 weeks after stopping. Maybe not related not sure.

bladder pelvic pain and maybe even ovary pain...so started back on them...going to a gyno dr to ask what is causing this..
