When I was younger I had terribly heavy periods sometimes didn't have cramps as years went by my periods never changed but grew them awful cramp pains, when I turned 20 possibly younger I was still having this pain and my periods got lighter and shorter. One year I had spotting which was very unusual and lasted one month I did have a boyfriend at the time and can understand that it could be pregnancy related. I have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for a year now and have had suddenly started getting terrible migraines. I get weird period cramps when I'm not on my period a swell. I noticed today that I have had thin brown/red discharge not excessive just a tiny bit.

Hello Gem

I would go to the doctor about wired cramps and discharge and get it checked out with a health professional . The health professional might be able to give you more advice . Best wishes
