I work 10 hr night shifts. I do not eat regularly especially after a night shift. If I have been grazing during the night - Eg cheese and crackers or (sugar fix) Biscuits or sweets. When I go to bed at nearly 8am to sleep I will not eat until probably 8pm that evening. Eating a very large dinner then back to food grazing during the night.
Recently I have been making stews etc. But am fed up with proper cooking as this meals are so large. I eat fruit. Been eating too much bread as in Toast with jams.
Today when I went shopping I didn’t buy the bread just 4 brown rolls. I intend to cook porridge or have some oats with berries and plain yoghurt. For a change I have bought some low calorie frozen dinners for which I can top up with vegetables.
That’s me and as I am resting in bed my stomach growls. I had a large lunch and ate a satsuma about 6pm.
The trouble is I do not eat regularly and as for drinking (hardly).
I do not mean this to be a negative blog in fact just telling myself off and try to change.
