Woke up on a few occasions weak, legs felt like noodles, i felt as if i was going to just drop and die, shaky and very nauseous but dont ever actually puke, my hands and feet look like they belonged to an old person & im only 29, and a headache to top it off! & i always grab a Gatorade and sip on it and it makes me feel so much better! I have a regular pcp which always tells me im in good shape but why do i wake up like this in the mornings!?
