Does this mean I can't get pregnant in the future?

I came off the birth control pill 6 months ago and I've not had a period since? I have done a pregnancy test and I am not pregnant, I am really worried what does this mean? Do you think I'll be able to have children in the future?

He briony......... I read your post and it's really complicated dear...... you don't have your AF from last 6 months........ are you serious???? had you take any advice from experts??? If yes, what they recommend you??? or if no, then what were you doing till now??? Do you feel any kind of changes in your body??? I don't want to give you any kind of wrong advice........ It's better to consult with the doctor and try to figure out the exact reason behind this.... It totally depends on your report either you are able to have children in the future or not.
