Persistent spots on chin!

Hi,

I have had spots on my chin for a couple months now, normally they will go as quick as they appear but they are very stubborn this time and I can't get rid of them. They are red and I can feel the bump beneath the surface of my skin. Are there any recommendations of a good product I can try? I have been using a regular spot cream and face wash for spot prone skin but it's not helping. The spots are mostly on my chin, but a couple do appear elsewhere sometimes too. I seem to have a combination skin type as my cheeks are dry.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Hey! I have used the body shop's vitamin E gentle dash wash and oh my, I would never use anything else! It's amazing! I got it as a set which also came with the vitamin e hydrating toner and also the moisturiser and it has been a blessing to my skin!
