I have just started the menopause and have been offered HRT I really don't know what to do as the benefits sound good but am really worried about the breast cancer risk !! Some friends say do it others say don't !

Hi, I've just started the menopause and been offered HRT. Told as I'm under 51 (I'm 44) that there no risk! Going back to see doctor in July to discuss further but if it helps me sleep I'm on it!!
