Am feeling frustrated

Hi will like some advice I had an abortion about 4 mths ago an from ever since I have had irregular bleeding for eg I will have my period an after about a day I will start bleeding again but mostly n the night

Bleeding after abortion is normal as it is considered as the process of recovery. The bleeding may be heavy, light or not at all, varies women to women. Some women bleeds for a very short time, some for several days, and some may suffer from critical cramps while bleeding. Do not confuse bleeding with your menstrual period, because you can't have your menstrual period till 3-6 weeks after abortion unless you are on birth control pills. Menstrual cramps are normal for first 2 weeks. You may also notice mood swings, tiredness and other emotional changes. You can have pain killer (Tylenol or Ibuprofen, ) to get relief. Cigarette smoking makes your cramps or bleeding more worse, so it is recommended to avoid smoking for few days, try relaxation activities, keep yourself busy, take proper diet.
