The best person to ask is a Doctor, book an appointment for an examination and if the Doctor thinks you need further tests then those can be arranged as soon as possible. Remember the earlier the better. Best wishes.

I am a 13 year old almost 14 male and I weigh 170-180 LBS. Recently over the past few months I have had some pain under the nipple of my left breast. I have no lump, and I have a heavy backpack. I don't know if that could be the issue but sometimes the nipple gets hard and the other is inverted. I have also seen no predominant change in size so Im not sure if it is Gyno. Please please contact me if you suspect anything. Just to let you know I'm also kind of a hypochondriac.
