I want to loose weight from thighs and lower abdomen. My weight is 61 kg and height is 5'4. My body shape is pears and I want to correct my body shape. I mean i want to gain weight in bust and loose from thighs ans lower abdomen.
I could loose through diet as well as exercise such as running of 10 km a day.
Please let me know the way so that I could maintain my weight, body shape and face glow.
