My height is 5.7 and Weight 76.5 Kg, though am trying to reduce my weight its not happening, could please suggest me what i need to do to reduce 8 - 10 more kgs. My trainer says to take proteins but am against it.

you need to decrease your carbohydrates intake and have more of proteins to make lean muscle...............ur intake of calories needs to be less than ur calories burnt.........weight loss will not happen unless there is deficit of calories in ur body.
