EFFECTIVE AND EASY POWER DIET FOR 30 DAYS

Hello everyone,

this diet will help you a lot.

DRINK LEMON WATER WITH LITTLE SALT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

DRINK ONLY WARM WATER WHEN YOU FEEL THRISTY.

EAT FRUITS AND DRINK ONE CUP MILK IN BREAKFAST.

EAT ONE OR TWO CHAPPATI WITH ANY SABJI OR DAAL IN LUNCH.

DRINK ONE CUP TEA WITH TWO MARIGOLD BUISCUITS IN EVENING SNACK.

AND DO NOT EAT DINNER AT NIGHT, AVOID THE DINNER. REPLACE DINNER WITH DALIYA OR ONE BOWL VEGETABLE.

2-3 DAYS , YOU WILL FEEL HUNGARY BUT AFTER THAT YOU WILL BE HABITUAL OF IT.AT THE TIME OF GOING TO BED, YOU CAN DRINK ONE CUP MILK.

BUT DRINK MILK AND TEA WITHOUT SUGAR. YOU CAN ADD GINGER IN TEA, IT WILL HELP IN LOOSING EXTRA POUNDS.
