eat lots of veg,fruit,try to eat 5 a day portions,or more if you can,a portion is 80 grams,
never fry food,dry bake,eat fish,reduce meat,look up my plate this will calculate cals,fat fibre,sugar,protein,buy some good scales to weigh your food, eat 5 times a day,small amounts,if you have a bad day remember you can adjust tomorrow,eat of small plates,
eat every 4 hours,never ever miss eating,
set realistic goals a pound a week or a stone every 3 months,try to walk more,walk for 15 mins,turn round and walk back,5 times a week,
Go with the flow,foward plan your meals,
Soup is a great filler,salad also,
You will feel less full,this is because your eating light,or reducing the carbs you are eating,carbs make you feel full,heavy and bloated,
never keep in the house food you need to restict,better to walk to the shop to buy,than go to the fridge,
Think one day at a time,learn some tricks, a choc drink 40 cals is better than 200 cals of chocolate,
