hi I know how you feel but I seem to be facing the same dilemma. cut down or if you can cut out salt and sugar completely. fried food is a very bad option so eat pakoras and samosas or whatever you like on a treat day which should be one day in a week but only in moderation. I find biryani is very high in calories. I always gain lbs after eating it.

eat fresh salad with chicken

1. Stop binge eating.

2. Restrict sugar, bread, salt, junk food and maida intake.

3. Brisk walking or outdoor jogging is a great option.

4. Ayurvedic medicines for weight loss by Prakruti JiyoFresh.

5. No more oily foods.
