hey guys I really need to start loosing weight, over the last 6 years I have gained 7 stone, I have tried loosing weight and had success in the past but always end up putting it back on, I recently lost one of my twins at birth in may and have turned to comfort eating since then I have gained over 2 stone and I really need to lose it now I'm not happy with myself but i really need to shift at least 7 stone..can anyone help with pointers please
